How much does it cost to rent a wet slip?
Wet slips are billed at $7.00 per foot, per month. There is a minimum charge of $200.00 per month for all wet slips.
What are your rates for dry storage and boat lifts?
Dry/yard storage is $50.00 per month, and you can add minimal power for an extra $5.00 per month. Boat lifts are available for $300.00 per month, with weight capacities ranging from 10,000 to 16,000 lbs.
Is there a fee to use the boat ramp?
The boat ramp fee is $10.00 per launch for the general public. If you store your boat with us in either a wet slip or dry storage, you may use the ramp for free.
What amenities do you offer at the marina?
Our guests have access to a full-service bathhouse with showers, free Wi-Fi, a sanitary pump-out system, and dedicated vehicle and RV parking. We also offer on-site short-term rentals.
Is electricity included in the slip rental?
Yes, active leases include 120 KWH of power per month. Any electricity used beyond that allowance is billed seperately.
